Parents: Part..ok i lost count

Lately there have been an increasing number of sales at optomitrists
My father does wear glasses, but only buys them from India, where they are at their cheapest
He thinks i also carry his recessive gene and need glasses
So he decided to do a DIY eye test...

Dad: Okay, here i have written up some letters on a piece of paper
Me: -_-...Is this reeeally necessary?
D: Yes..no stand here and close one eye..read this line
P: A J K I P I H F...
D: Okay, now shut the other eye
P: Dad!!
D: No..read
P: DAD
D: NO...READ
Mum: DEAR! there's a sale at the optometrists!!
D: Oh...but there so expensive
M: It's on sale
D:*runs to book one*
P: Wow...I've never seen him move so fast....
